Director of National Accounts, Oncology

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-level strategy and collaborations across Oncology and Oncology Dx
• Leverage existing relationships with KOLs, executives, and stakeholders within large community oncology networks
• Represent company interests to KOL Physicians, C-Suite targets, and Medical Directors
• Execute plans to ensure rapid product distribution with minimal supervision
• Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders from the Oncology/Hematology community
• Assist with the recruitment and training of other Directors of National Accounts
• Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations, and available resources
• Collaborate with clinical field sales teams to maximize business opportunities

Requirements

• BA in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in strategic Oncology sales to major oncology networks
• Minimum 5 years experience in Strategic Accounts or Business Development (e.g., Miller Heiman, SPIN)
• Ability to travel 75%
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in medical or biological sciences
• 3 years of successful sales management or consulting experience in the diagnostic laboratory business
