Director of National Accounts - Neuroscience

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of contract agreements with key national accounts to ensure compliant access and strong customer partnerships.
• Develop and execute annual strategic business plans for DNA accounts, focusing on growth and rebate participation.
• Lead critical negotiations regarding purchase contracts, pricing, rebates, and terms with healthcare decision makers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders through quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Utilize market insights and data analytics to identify whitespace, monitor account performance, and guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and legal teams to solve customer issues and align resources.
• Maintain high levels of compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7–8 years of combined experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Account Management.
• Proven experience in Managed Care.
• Eligibility to satisfy all applicable healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategic customer engagement and managing complex contract arrangements.
• Deep knowledge of buy-and-bill models and account management strategies.
• Proven ability to influence healthcare stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and financial functions.
• Strong financial, commercial, and analytical acumen.
• Experience leading sales teams or influencing team-based commercial execution.
