Director of Music Recruitment & Enrollment

Responsibilities

• Manage national and international recruitment efforts for undergraduate and graduate students
• Plan and lead off-campus recruitment trips and organize audition activities
• Coordinate admission publicity and recruitment materials in collaboration with Marketing and Communications
• Manage campus and virtual visits for prospective students and their families
• Develop strategic recruitment strategies and maintain accurate admission data
• Oversee admission communications, records, and documentation processing
• Participate in admission and scholarship decision-making processes
• Supervise graduate assistants, music admission ambassadors, and part-time professional staff
• Manage graduate assistantship assignments and graduate orientation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of admissions experience
• Successful background check
• Act 153 child protection clearances
• Ability to perform domestic travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience in a conservatory or college music setting
• Extensive knowledge of music
