About the role
Responsibilities
- Penetrate Middle East markets to build reputation for luxury stays
- Implement sales strategies in accordance with budget
- Attend sales missions, networking events, and trade shows
- Prospect new accounts through calls, presentations, and in-person visits
- Manage key client accounts to maximize revenue
- Monitor competitor activity and market changes
- Coordinate logistics for fam trips to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with Reservations and Revenue teams to achieve hotel goals
- Manage sales systems and maintain a clean database
- Support VIP arrivals and high-profile delegations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar luxury environment role
- Extensive network of contacts within the Middle East market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations
