Director of Mexico Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of DATAMARK's operations in Mexico
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Mexico to streamline processes
• Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to optimize results
• Ensure compliance with local Mexican laws, regulations, and company policies
• Foster a culture of service excellence and operational discipline
• Develop strategies for growth and expansion in the Mexico market
• Represent DATAMARK in client meetings and government relations activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in large scale contact center environments
• 5-7 years in a leadership role within a large scale BPO/contact center
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and cross-cultural teams
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and cultural nuances
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to travel between U.S. and Mexico as required
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
