About the Company

Wealthy Group of Companies LLC is a rapidly expanding multi-family real estate operator managing 5,000–6,000 units across the West Coast, Quebec, and Ontario, focusing on delivering affordable, well-maintained Class B housing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple regions
• Oversee all marketing operations including digital campaigns, print, social media, and email
• Implement lead generation and conversion strategies to drive leasing performance and occupancy
• Build and optimize scalable marketing systems, processes, and workflows
• Collaborate with leasing and property teams to support sales objectives
• Analyze performance metrics and produce detailed data-driven reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all properties and channels
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

Requirements

• Extensive experience in multi-family marketing
• Hands-on sales experience in multi-family or real estate leasing
• Proven ability to create marketing systems and processes from scratch
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring ROI
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and property management software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with affordable housing or Class B residential properties is highly preferred
