About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement integrated strategic marketing plans that include competitive analysis, budget forecasting, and actionable growth recommendations.
  • Develop cohesive marketing strategies that align Enrollment Management objectives with individual college initiatives to elevate the university brand.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including PPC, paid social, display, and print.
  • Utilize analytics tools and dashboards (such as Google Analytics, Slate, and Looker Studio) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts and oversee third-party agencies or consultants conducting campaigns on behalf of the university.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services to craft compelling messaging and impactful content for advertisements, social media, and other media.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Ensure brand identity consistency across all print and digital communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years of recent professional experience, preferably in a higher education leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns, projects, and strategies (please provide 5 work samples with your application).
  • Deep expertise with reporting and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Slate.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
