Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead Shark Ninja's marketing strategy and execution in Mexico and contribute to global approaches for Mexican segments
• Own GTM planning for Mexico, including product positioning, partnerships, launch strategy, pricing, and media
• Build and develop a high-performing Marketing team in Mexico
• Oversee integrated 360° marketing planning across owned, earned, and paid channels
• Lead Amazon Mexico and Mercado Libre marketing strategies, including storefront optimization
• Establish correlation models between marketing investment and point-of-sale (POS) performance
• Manage marketing budget, annual planning, and dynamic spend reallocation based on ROAS

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience at a multinational beauty or personal care company
• At least 3 years in a regional or functional marketing role in Mexico
• Deep understanding of Mexican culture, consumer preferences, and retail environments
• Proven experience managing 360° digital marketing across Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok, Meta, and Google
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in performance dashboards and attribution modeling
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing global organizations and adapting global playbooks to regional realities
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Circana, Google Analytics, and retail media platforms
