Prosper AI is building conversational AI agents tailored for healthcare. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Emergence Capital, and Y Combinator, the company helps hospitals and clinics automate revenue cycle workflows, including patient scheduling and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Shape Prosper’s category narrative and bring it to market in partnership with leadership and sales
• Build and own the content engine, including thought leadership, case studies, and long-form written content
• Drive demand creation through inbound pipeline generation, outbound enablement, and lifecycle marketing
• Develop a repeatable customer story program to improve market credibility and demo conversion
• Build category presence through analyst relations, earned media, and industry speaking opportunities
• Measure and refine marketing programs based on performance and commercial impact

Requirements

• Hands-on marketing leader with expertise in content, distribution, and demand generation
• Ability to personally write high-quality, category-defining content
• Experience turning customer wins into compelling social proof and case studies
• Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to build systems from the ground up
• Experience working closely with sales and GTM teams to drive pipeline
