Responsibilities

• Own integrated campaign strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, and events
• Partner with the CEO on brand vision and ensure brand consistency
• Manage paid media strategy and execution across Meta and Google
• Lead local SEO and Google Business Profile strategy
• Build and maintain lifecycle flows for onboarding, win-back, and referral
• Oversee the content calendar across social, email, push, and WhatsApp
• Manage the Graphic Designer and Social & Community Manager
• Partner with the CGO on annual planning, budgeting, and analytics

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Background in multi-location B2C consumer brands (fitness, hospitality, F&B, or retail)
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, lifecycle, and analytics
• Proficiency running paid media on Meta and Google
• Proven track record of launching new locations or product lines
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in sports, fitness, or lifestyle industries
• Experience playing or following padel
• Spanish language proficiency
