About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, direct, and manage annual marketing and advertising plans across multiple regions
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the marketing team
  • Manage digital, print, and multimedia marketing efforts including social media and website management
  • Lead programmatic marketing and enrollment efforts to meet annual goals
  • Conduct market research and demographic analysis to support strategic planning
  • Serve as a brand steward to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners
  • Support the organization's religious mission through Christian leadership and ministry

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5-7 years of proven management of marketing efforts in a nonprofit or related business
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing planning
  • Experience leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Alignment with the Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith
