About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee, direct, and manage annual marketing and advertising plans across multiple regions
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the marketing team
- Manage digital, print, and multimedia marketing efforts including social media and website management
- Lead programmatic marketing and enrollment efforts to meet annual goals
- Conduct market research and demographic analysis to support strategic planning
- Serve as a brand steward to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners
- Support the organization's religious mission through Christian leadership and ministry
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5-7 years of proven management of marketing efforts in a nonprofit or related business
- Proven experience in strategic marketing planning
- Experience leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Alignment with the Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith
