Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and support long-term business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented marketing team fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
• Build reporting frameworks and establish meaningful KPIs to measure performance and guide strategic decision-making
• Oversee content strategy, social media initiatives, and audience development efforts
• Manage and expand the firm's live and virtual events to drive brand awareness and community engagement
• Elevate the personal brands of firm leaders through thought leadership and strategic partnerships

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in senior marketing leadership roles
• Experience leading multiple brands or client accounts within an agency environment is highly preferred
• Proven ability to establish KPIs and leverage data-driven insights for optimization
• Full-stack marketing expertise across paid advertising, content, social media, and events
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Proven team management and coaching abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL
