Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and client retention
• Oversee all marketing channels including digital (website, email, social media, SEO/SEM) and traditional methods
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 marketing professionals
• Collaborate with the creative team to create on-brand content for digital campaigns
• Present marketing strategies and performance reports to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and WordPress
• Experience scaling a brand regionally or nationally
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
