Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide executional marketing strategy for a diversified chemical manufacturer
• Own production and execution of all marketing communications including websites, brochures, and technical summaries
• Drive lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency
• Manage marketing budgets, direct reports, and vendor relationships
• Partner with Strategy and Commercial teams to monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics
• Develop sales tools such as decks, playbooks, and product one-pagers
• Mentor and develop marketing talent through thoughtful work allocation and leadership exposure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 8–12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
• Proven people leadership experience
• Experience supporting technical, industrial, or chemical products
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, HR, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-platform or multi-end-market organizations
• Familiarity with regulated environments (EPA, FDA, USDA, OSHA)
• Background in water treatment, food & beverage, agriculture, or industrial chemicals
