Director of Marketing Data Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Marketing Data Decision Forum to surface decisions and drive accountability
• Design and maintain decision frameworks for data sources, identity resolution, and profile management
• Establish formal intake and evaluation processes for new data requests
• Maintain a single, updated view of the in-flight data initiative portfolio
• Synthesize input from Marketing, Technology, and Analytics into a coherent roadmap
• Communicate program status and strategic implications to executive audiences
• Lead steering committee preparation, facilitation, and follow-through
• Translate technical complexity into executive-ready narratives

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, product management, or strategic operations
• Proven experience owning governance structures and executive-level communications
• Strong business and technical fluency in marketing and data/engineering domains
• Ability to build and manage program roadmaps across multiple parallel workstreams
• Experience with data platforms or marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, CDP, identity resolution)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles supporting enterprise transformations
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Airtable, or similar portfolio visibility tools
• Background in high-volume B2C industries like hospitality, travel, or financial services
• Exposure to data governance frameworks or modern data architecture
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification
