Director of Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing, public relations, and communication initiatives.
• Champion the hotel’s brand identity, ensuring all collateral and promotional materials align with global luxury standards.
• Develop and execute annual marketing and PR strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage media relations, press office activities, and crisis communications.
• Cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and partners to maximize brand visibility.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, PPC, and social media engagement.
• Coordinate creative content production, including photography and videography, to ensure compelling storytelling.
• Lead the conceptualization of promotional events, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Prepare, forecast, and control marketing budgets while analyzing campaign ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in a senior role within luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Extensive regional expertise within the Middle East.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
