Director of Manufacturing Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product engineers
• Define team strategy, priorities, and execution roadmaps
• Drive ATE test program development and optimization on the Advantest 93K platform
• Own device ATE test yields, test time reduction, and quality metrics
• Define and execute standards-based qualification programs at product and package level
• Partner with OSATs to support high-volume manufacturing
• Provide technical leadership in high-speed signaling including NRZ/PAM4 SerDes protocols and memory interfaces

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in post-silicon product development with high-speed signals
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading product engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform
• Strong technical foundation in SerDes protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, CXL) or memory interfaces (DDR5/LPDDR5)
• Experience executing standards-based qualification at product and package level
• Strong data analysis skills using statistical tools like JMP or Spotfire
• Digital and analog circuit-level understanding for DUT characterization

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Firmware development experience in C/C++ or Python scripting
• Experience with advanced process nodes (5nm and below)
• Proven success partnering with OSATs in a fabless semiconductor model
• Experience in high-growth companies shipping to hyperscaler customers
