About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate pilot programs to improve integrity delivery techniques
- Oversee data collection and reporting from multiple systems including SEAMS, TRACS, DSP, EAOL, and STARS
- Supervise City Research Scientist staff and provide oversight on data-analytic work
- Prepare research briefings and reports for HRA leadership and Senior Executive Staff
- Serve as a content expert on HMIS data standards and HUD technical requirements
- Manage technical aspects of analytics including geospatial analysis, data science, and statistical methodologies
Requirements
- Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental, or social science or public health
- For Level II and above: Doctorate with one year of supervisory/research experience, or Master's with three years of research experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
