About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate pilot programs to improve integrity delivery techniques
  • Oversee data collection and reporting from multiple systems including SEAMS, TRACS, DSP, EAOL, and STARS
  • Supervise City Research Scientist staff and provide oversight on data-analytic work
  • Prepare research briefings and reports for HRA leadership and Senior Executive Staff
  • Serve as a content expert on HMIS data standards and HUD technical requirements
  • Manage technical aspects of analytics including geospatial analysis, data science, and statistical methodologies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental, or social science or public health
  • For Level II and above: Doctorate with one year of supervisory/research experience, or Master's with three years of research experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
