Director of Managed Care Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic initiatives to grow the company’s revenue stream
• Provide strategic analysis and trend evaluation to the VP
• Translate reimbursement changes and their impact on revenue streams
• Communicate policy changes cross-functionally
• Drive initiatives to identify and recoup underpayments
• Oversee the Payment Compliance and Chargemaster teams
• Support VP in due diligence for strategic partnerships

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in Finance, Medical Economics, or Revenue Cycle
• Proficiency in modeling, analytics, and data synthesis
• High proficiency in maneuvering private, federal, and state fee schedules
• Familiarity with reimbursement models such as Fee for Service, RBRVS, Medicaid, and value-based payment models
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Health Care, or a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Vlookup
• Experience with EMR systems (Raintree experience is a plus)
• Experience with BI tools
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
