About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic initiatives to grow the company’s revenue stream
- Provide strategic analysis and trend evaluation to the VP
- Translate reimbursement changes and their impact on revenue streams
- Communicate policy changes cross-functionally
- Drive initiatives to identify and recoup underpayments
- Oversee the Payment Compliance and Chargemaster teams
- Support VP in due diligence for strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in Finance, Medical Economics, or Revenue Cycle
- Proficiency in modeling, analytics, and data synthesis
- High proficiency in maneuvering private, federal, and state fee schedules
- Familiarity with reimbursement models such as Fee for Service, RBRVS, Medicaid, and value-based payment models
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Health Care, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Vlookup
- Experience with EMR systems (Raintree experience is a plus)
- Experience with BI tools
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
