Responsibilities

• Guarantee the execution and deployment of marketing and promotion strategies to increase awareness of the university's educational offerings.
• Support the establishment of enrollment commitments and ensure the campus exceeds these targets.
• Manage and oversee the recruitment operation in accordance with institutional processes.
• Administer and monitor advertising campaigns.
• Maintain, train, and lead complete marketing and career services personnel structures.
• Ensure staff are fully trained in institutional recruitment and marketing processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Administration, Commercial, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial areas and sales.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving goals and meeting targets.
• Experience in developing and following work plans.
• Experience in team leadership and personnel management.
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, and effective communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
