Director of Leasing

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive amounts of compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them to support the frontier of AI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead global leasing strategy and execution to secure multi-GW data center capacity
• Develop repeatable processes for securing data center space and power at scale
• Own end-to-end lease transactions from LOI through definitive agreements
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms including rent, expansion rights, and power availability
• Partner with site selection, power diligence, development, finance, and legal teams
• Build and manage a multi-GW pipeline meeting technical standards and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale leasing or real estate transactions
• Proven track record sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex leases
• Ability to structure commercial terms across rent, delivery, and performance obligations
• Experience partnering with technical teams to translate infrastructure needs into lease terms
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data center or mission-critical leasing
• Experience with hyperscale capacity deals
• Fluency in power and site diligence
• Global portfolio experience
