Director of Language Center

Responsibilities

• Guarantee academic and operational excellence at the Language Center in Puebla, ensuring high-quality educational and service experiences.
• Implement and execute strategic plans to drive the positioning and growth of the center.
• Manage resources and operational processes efficiently to facilitate expansion and profitability.
• Establish annual goals, action plans, and follow-up processes for academic, administrative, and service areas.
• Design and implement marketing, sales, and student retention strategies in collaboration with support teams.
• Monitor prospects and conversion goals through established platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working within the education sector.
• English proficiency at a B2 level (CEFR) or higher.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and customer management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
