About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day technology operations including help desk, device lifecycle, and platform administration
- Manage a team of 7, including Help Desk Lead, IT Support Technicians, and Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinators
- Establish and enforce SLAs for help desk resolution with a target median under 4 hours
- Own Zendesk configuration, triage workflows, and escalation paths
- Manage the end-to-end new hire and termination lifecycle for IT accounts and equipment
- Oversee M&A IT integration workstreams and repeatable playbooks for practice onboarding
- Manage vendor relationships, contract tracking, and procurement for hardware and software
- Administer M365, Dialpad, Zendesk, and ADP platforms and optimize licensing costs
Requirements
- 5-8 years of IT operations experience
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Experience building IT processes from scratch (SLAs, triage workflows, vendor management)
- Experience managing help desk operations at scale (500+ tickets/month)
- Proficiency with M365 administration, device lifecycle management, and Intune
- Proven ability to execute operational strategy and maintain process discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience with HIPAA awareness
- Experience supporting a distributed workforce across multiple states
- M&A integration experience for IT workstreams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted IT operations
- Experience with Dialpad, Zendesk, or ADP
