Responsibilities

• Maintain business-critical systems, performance, and support across the combined organization
• Lead the remaining integration work including identity migration, M365 transition, and domain rebranding
• Manage Entra ID, including conditional access, MFA, and app refederation
• Oversee endpoint management via Intune for mixed macOS and Windows fleets
• Own security operations including CrowdStrike Falcon and next-gen SIEM management
• Administer collaboration tools such as Slack Enterprise Grid, Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft 365
• Manage global IT team, vendor relationships, and the consolidated IT budget

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems engineering
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Hands-on experience with next-gen SIEM (LogScale, Splunk, Chronicle, or Elastic)
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (conditional access, SAML/OIDC, SCIM)
• Proficiency in Intune and endpoint management for macOS and Windows
• Experience with Slack Enterprise Grid administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Solid understanding of DNS and infrastructure fundamentals (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Direct experience with company mergers, acquisitions, or major environment consolidations

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon
• Google Workspace administration and migration experience
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python)
• Azure infrastructure experience (Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
• Microsoft Purview compliance and eDiscovery tooling
• ITIL or ITSM framework experience
