Director of Integrated Supply Chain Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational strategy across manufacturing to align production with business objectives and customer demand
• Champion enterprise-wide Lean transformation using Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
• Own end-to-end production performance, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory targets are met
• Develop strategic capacity and resource plans, integrating demand forecasts and workforce planning
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching and succession planning
• Drive operational transformation initiatives, including digitization, automation, and Industry 4.0 capabilities
• Establish KPI frameworks and leverage data analytics for fact-based decision-making
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) to ensure operational readiness and cost competitiveness

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformations and Lean deployment
• Experience with cost-out initiatives and productivity improvement programs
• Strong people leadership and organizational development skills
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• U.S. person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in multi-site or complex manufacturing environments
• Continuous improvement mindset and passion for driving organizational change
