Director of Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee all aspects of the company’s strategic IT initiatives
• Manage all aspects of IT including network, communication systems, and infrastructure
• Oversee internal IT personnel, Project Management Teams, and vendor relations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT with business needs
• Manage IT department business planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols

Requirements

• At least 4 years of effective management of Information Technology and PM teams
• 5 to 10 years of experience managing and implementing Microsoft on-premise and hybrid technologies
• Proven experience with Azure cloud management and migration
• Working knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and hardware
• Experience with NIST standards and compliance
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA certification
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, Azure, or MS 365
