Responsibilities
- Lead the academic experience for the Industrial Physics Engineering program at the Monterrey Campus.
- Ensure academic quality, student competency development, and compliance with accreditation indicators.
- Advise students on program structure, specializations, concentrations, and international experiences.
- Promote and manage industry linkages and partnerships with other universities.
- Oversee the academic integration of new students and support their semester planning and enrollment.
- Address academic inquiries from students and parents in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- PhD in Industrial Physics, Applied Physics, Optics, Photonics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor sector.
- Graduate from a Top 150 QS Ranking university or have completed stays at top-tier universities.
- Demonstrated leadership in the discipline of Applied Industrial Physics.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level, TOEFL 600 pts or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience working abroad.
- Professional experience within the industrial sector, specifically in semiconductors.
