Director of Industrial Physics Engineering Program

Responsibilities

• Lead the academic experience for the Industrial Physics Engineering program at the Monterrey Campus.
• Ensure academic quality, student competency development, and compliance with accreditation indicators.
• Advise students on program structure, specializations, concentrations, and international experiences.
• Promote and manage industry linkages and partnerships with other universities.
• Oversee the academic integration of new students and support their semester planning and enrollment.
• Address academic inquiries from students and parents in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• PhD in Industrial Physics, Applied Physics, Optics, Photonics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the semiconductor sector.
• Graduate from a Top 150 QS Ranking university or have completed stays at top-tier universities.
• Demonstrated leadership in the discipline of Applied Industrial Physics.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level, TOEFL 600 pts or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience working abroad.
• Professional experience within the industrial sector, specifically in semiconductors.
