Director of Implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor team performance and progress.
• Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality control and strict adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges and deliver on expectations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a productive working environment.
• Conduct project post-mortem analysis and prepare lessons learned documentation.
• Partner with product and business teams to prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end project management.
• 6+ years of experience specifically managing lending projects.
• B.Tech, B.E., or an equivalent technical degree is mandatory.
• Experience working with PSU or Private banks is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in LOS/LMS implementations within lending institutions.
• Strong background in Fintech, banking, or lending sectors.
• Familiarity with the lending journey, data migration, compliance, and security regulations.
• Experience managing global implementation teams.
