Director of Implementation

About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a small, in-person team in New York City, growing 5x year over year.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live for new enterprise customers
• Design and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple concurrent deployments
• Configure and customize the Confido platform to match customer workflows and data structures
• Develop training programs, documentation, and onboarding materials for user enablement
• Build the implementation playbook from the ground up, including templates and checklists
• Establish implementation KPIs and reporting to provide visibility into onboarding health
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales scoping and hand off customers to CS with full context

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations or complex client onboarding
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities
• Strong project management skills and ability to own plans and run status calls
• Technical curiosity and comfort with digging into data and configuring software
• Builder mindset with the ability to define processes in ambiguous environments
• Ability to work in the NYC headquarters 5 days a week
