Director of Impact and Evaluation

Responsibilities

• Lead the alignment of the theory of change by developing defined inputs, outputs, and outcomes
• Coordinate the administration of surveys, assessments, and evaluation tools
• Partner with evaluators and statisticians to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data collected across programs and regions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on out-of-school-time (OST) funding and school district partnerships
• Develop data-driven narratives and annual impact reports for stakeholders and donors
• Partner with program leadership to refine the theory of change based on measurable outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in program evaluation, data analysis, or educational impact measurement
• Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana
• Strong credibility with school systems and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in education, evaluation, public policy, or a related field
• Experience with Ninety (EOS)
