Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned to business growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
- Lead, develop, and scale the Mullins HR function as a player/coach
- Design and implement scalable programs for performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
- Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork
- Provide executive-level guidance on complex employee relations and risk mitigation
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience including senior leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling multi-layered, operationally complex organizations
- Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and employee relations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Willingness to travel occasionally to job sites and regional offices
