Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Lead the Human Resources Department and oversee all personnel management functions
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support Agency goals
• Provide high-level leadership and guidance to the HR team
• Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in a management capacity
• Deep expertise in human resources practices and regulations
• Ability to manage complex personnel matters and strategic planning
