About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Human Resources function and supervise the HR team to support the Firm's strategy and core values.
- Partner with the executive team to develop systems that drive desired culture, engagement, and organizational development.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiatives to improve bench strength.
- Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and providing guidance to leadership.
- Direct compensation and benefits strategy, including salary administration, bonus processes, and medical plan design.
- Oversee payroll, compliance (EEO-1, ADA, FMLA), and workers' compensation processes.
- Utilize HRIS data and analytics to drive strategic business decisions and provide reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of broad-based human resources experience within a sophisticated legal, professional services, or financial services environment.
- 5-10 years of experience supervising employees and leading high-performance teams.
- Proven expertise in talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong background in human resources information systems (HRIS), with a preference for Dayforce experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead through influence.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
