Responsibilities

• Lead HR function across Corporate HQ, Fulfillment Center, and distributed stylist network
• Build data-driven performance management, growth frameworks, and compensation benchmarking
• Oversee HR for the fulfillment team including labor planning and employee relations
• Evolve HR systems for the distributed stylist network to support scaling and retention

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR
• Track record heading up HR for an hourly, distributed, or multi-site workforce
• Deep knowledge of California employment law

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, logistics, fulfillment, hospitality, or marketplace backgrounds
• Experience managing across diverse, multi-location setups
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
