The company designs, develops, and operates hospitality-driven destinations to host gatherings of all kinds, ranging from small corporate meetings to immersive brand activations and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive direction to multidisciplinary teams including Membership & Event Sales, Membership Experience, Food & Beverage, AV Production, and Facilities
  • Partner with commercial leadership to craft sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Drive a high performance sales culture across membership, meetings, events, and F&B
  • Take comprehensive ownership of the property’s P&L statement and financial reporting
  • Implement service philosophies to ensure bespoke, world-class guest experiences
  • Oversee F&B programs and multi-outlet operational flow
  • Act as the primary conduit for members and foster connections within the creative community
  • Manage physical asset management and ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience in event venue management, membership, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong operational expertise in event logistics, F&B programs, and technical production
  • Proficiency with budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
