Director of Health and Wellness

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of care to Assisted Living residents to meet emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs
• Coordinate family/resident care conferences and serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff
• Manage clinical budget including labor costs and supplies
• Monitor documentation systems to ensure regulatory compliance for assessments and service plans
• Assess potential residents for Assisted Living level of care, including off-site assessments
• Plan, schedule, and monitor staff training programs and regulatory in-services
• Manage nursing and assisted living staff, including scheduling and daily assignments
• Ensure compliance with all state regulatory requirements and mandatory reporting
• Provide 24/7 on-call clinical support

Requirements

• LPN, LVN, or RN license required
• Experience managing a clinical team in a senior living or hospital setting
• Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems
• Proven ability to manage complex teams and high-level tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain CEU and other state requirements
