Responsibilities

• Define long-term GTM systems architecture to align tools, data, and processes with growth objectives
• Establish frameworks for governance, security, and change control
• Extend Salesforce to the broader GTM stack, ensuring seamless execution from Lead to Cash
• Design reliable data flows between Marketing, Sales, Success, and Finance
• Serve as the architect and owner of Salesforce, managing data models, automation (Flows, Apex), and security
• Build and mentor a future GTM Systems & Data team
• Partner with Data Engineering to align Salesforce and Snowflake models

Requirements

• 7–10 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Salesforce architecture
• Experience within high-growth SaaS environments
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM stack integrations
• Strong understanding of data architecture and warehouse alignment (Snowflake or similar)
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and scaling systems
• Ability to bridge technical and commercial stakeholders
