About the Company

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Determine where the company grows next by sitting at the intersection of strategy, market intelligence, business development, and executive leadership
• Translate defense priorities, customer demand, and competitive dynamics into actionable growth plans

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, defense strategy, business strategy, corporate development, or growth strategy
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of ambiguous information into clear recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
• Experience building quantitative models, market analyses, and strategic plans
• Comfortable working directly with senior military leaders, government stakeholders, and executives
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions without direct authority
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. Department of Defense acquisition, budgeting, or force modernization
• Understanding of defense procurement pathways and operational military organizations
• Experience in management consulting, venture-backed technology companies, or defense technology startups
• Familiarity with autonomous systems, drones, robotics, AI, or defense technology
• MBA or equivalent strategic leadership experience
