Director of Growth Solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team of Solutions Engineers to drive new logo acquisition
• Act as a player-coach by leading technical discovery, validation, and proposal shaping for high-leverage, seven- and eight-figure deals
• Define technical pre-sales standards, including discovery quality, measurement framing, and RFP rigor
• Architect technical onboarding solutions involving CDP patterns, measurement, and partner integrations
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Privacy to remove sales friction
• Create the foundational playbook for the Growth Solutions function, including GTM narratives and technical frameworks
• Ensure seamless handoffs to Client Services by delivering structured measurement and data requirement packages

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales within enterprise B2B
• 3+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales or solutions engineering teams
• Proven track record of landing complex new logos with seven- and eight-figure annual potential
• Deep fluency in adtech and martech ecosystems, including DSP, CDP, identity, and clean rooms
• Strong expertise in measurement methodologies, specifically attribution, incrementality, and MMM
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for non-technical executives
• Experience building processes and playbooks from the ground up in a high-growth environment
