About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own all pipeline generation activities including meeting-setting programs and outbound email
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels
  • Build integrated campaigns spanning content distribution, webinars, and podcasts
  • Drive SEO, organic growth, and website conversion optimization (CRO)
  • Own marketing operations and ABM strategy, including account scoring and routing
  • Design nurture flows for long enterprise sales cycles
  • Build dashboards and attribution models to tie spend to pipeline and revenue

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B growth or demand generation with Enterprise experience
  • Hands-on experience designing and running ABM motions
  • Fluency across paid social, email, content, SEO, and CRO
  • Deep experience with HubSpot and the broader martech stack
  • Data-driven and AI-driven native approach
  • Experience managing agencies, contractors, or small teams
