About the role
Responsibilities
- Own all pipeline generation activities including meeting-setting programs and outbound email
- Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels
- Build integrated campaigns spanning content distribution, webinars, and podcasts
- Drive SEO, organic growth, and website conversion optimization (CRO)
- Own marketing operations and ABM strategy, including account scoring and routing
- Design nurture flows for long enterprise sales cycles
- Build dashboards and attribution models to tie spend to pipeline and revenue
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B growth or demand generation with Enterprise experience
- Hands-on experience designing and running ABM motions
- Fluency across paid social, email, content, SEO, and CRO
- Deep experience with HubSpot and the broader martech stack
- Data-driven and AI-driven native approach
- Experience managing agencies, contractors, or small teams
