Director of Growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel growth strategy across Meta, Google, SEO, social, email, and partnerships
• Own acquisition and growth initiatives including content, UGC, and emerging channels like OTT/CTV
• Continuously improve CAC, funnel conversion rates, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency
• Build scalable systems for experimentation, testing, and rapid iteration
• Create visibility into funnel performance, attribution, and customer behavior through dashboards and forecasting models
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team
• Architect and operationalize an AI-enabled marketing organization using modern AI tools and automation
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align messaging and growth priorities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing teams
• Proven experience owning multi-channel growth strategies beyond paid media
• Experience scaling acquisition programs with significant budget responsibility
• Highly analytical with ability to make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of modern AI tools, automation, and AI-enabled marketing workflows
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
