We provide tailored, affordable financial services for migrants, expats, students, and international professionals through cross-border transfers, multi-currency accounts, and a growing financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM and lifecycle strategy, including activation, engagement, and retention programs.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, and Engineering to improve onboarding and conversion rates.
• Manage the referral engine and customer advocacy programs to turn users into promoters.
• Build growth infrastructure, including experimentation frameworks and AI-enabled automation.
• Drive incremental Monthly Active Users (MAU) through data-driven growth experiments.

Requirements

• Experience leading Lifecycle, CRM, Growth, or Retention functions in fintech, tech, or high-scale B2C businesses.
• Proven track record of building experimentation programs and scaling growth initiatives.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior, retention, and growth economics.
• Strong ability to partner with Product teams to drive growth outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and executive teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with subscription products, pricing experiments, or monetization strategy.
• Experience building growth measurement or attribution frameworks.
• Experience working with international or diaspora audiences.
• Practical experience applying AI and automation to growth programs.
