About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of scalable demand generation frameworks and campaign strategies across a global B2B portfolio
  • Design and manage end-to-end digital demand generation campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, email, and website
  • Oversee paid digital programs with a focus on MQL/SQL generation, pipeline acceleration, and campaign ROI
  • Partner with digital experience teams to enhance conversion journeys and lead CRO initiatives through A/B testing and analytics
  • Architect scalable nurture and automation programs in collaboration with lifecycle marketing teams
  • Own digital pipeline reporting, dashboards, and global digital marketing attribution within the assigned region
  • Develop and oversee SEO strategies to ensure visibility across priority markets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Growth & Demand Generation managers and specialists

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing within B2B service or hybrid tech-service organizations
  • 5+ years in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a shared services or multi-brand environment
  • Proficiency across paid digital channels, lead nurturing, automation platforms, and performance analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, sales alignment, lead scoring, and lifecycle optimization
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience owning and reporting on marketing-attributed pipeline and ROI
  • Proven ability to work across time zones, cultures, and diverse stakeholders
