Director of Graduate Technology Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and management of a portfolio of graduate technology programs, including AI, Cyber, DSA, and HIM.
• Collaborate with the Dean of Management on resource allocation and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise program activities and standardize executive program operations, including course scheduling and faculty administration.
• Hire, support, and mentor faculty to ensure academic quality and innovation.
• Develop, teach, and update courses across hybrid, online, and in-person modalities.
• Advise undergraduate and graduate students on academic progress and career growth.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with industry leaders and alumni to enhance educational opportunities.
• Support accreditation efforts and program assessment through data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Terminal degree in a technology field (or a combined terminal degree with a related master’s in technology).
• Demonstrated higher education leadership experience (e.g., Department Chair or Program Director).
• Proven experience in graduate-level program operations and course development.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching graduate and undergraduate technology courses.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with grant writing and administration.
• Relevant industry certifications and professional experience.
• Knowledge of microcredential and certificate delivery.
• Ongoing research and professional development interests.
