Director of Graduate Student Programming

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with graduate students through outreach and mentorship
• Cultivate a strong presence at HBS, HLS, and HKS through regular outreach and school-specific programming
• Serve as the primary liaison to graduate Jewish student associations and advise student leaders
• Create and execute a robust calendar of social, educational, religious, and holiday experiences
• Recruit, advise, and support graduate student leaders and a Graduate Student Board
• Manage graduate programming budgets, planning, and logistics
• Track relationships and engagement through Hillel’s database systems

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in Hillel, Jewish organizations, campus communities, or community organizing
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience building communities for graduate students or young adults
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience mentoring and advising student or community leaders
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
