About the role
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with graduate students through outreach and mentorship
- Cultivate a strong presence at HBS, HLS, and HKS through regular outreach and school-specific programming
- Serve as the primary liaison to graduate Jewish student associations and advise student leaders
- Create and execute a robust calendar of social, educational, religious, and holiday experiences
- Recruit, advise, and support graduate student leaders and a Graduate Student Board
- Manage graduate programming budgets, planning, and logistics
- Track relationships and engagement through Hillel’s database systems
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in Hillel, Jewish organizations, campus communities, or community organizing
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience building communities for graduate students or young adults
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience mentoring and advising student or community leaders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
