Director of Graduate Student Life

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a strategic engagement plan for approximately 2,000 Jewish graduate students
• Oversee religious life programming including Shabbat dinners, holiday programs, and Israel-related events
• Teach and lead Jewish learning seminars centered on Jewish text and values
• Lead marketing and communications for the student life team across social media and web
• Conduct daily 1:1 meetings with students for onboarding and relationship-building
• Recruit, mentor, and support student leadership cohorts and interns
• Manage and analyze CRM data to measure engagement and inform growth strategies
• Serve as a ritual leader for kiddush, motzi, and Shabbat services

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong project and people management skills
• Ability to demonstrate Jewish leadership and inspire commitment

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Jewish studies, rabbinic training, education, social work, business, or nonprofit management
• Experience in Jewish organizations, higher education, philanthropy, or community organizing
