Director of Graduate Advising

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for academic advising and student support services within graduate programs.
• Coordinate and deliver academic advising services for all domestic and international graduate students.
• Support the communication, coordination, and operational support of executive student weekend residencies.
• Manage the academic standing process in coordination with the Registrar’s Office, including managing appeals.
• Organize recruitment efforts to re-enroll withdrawn graduate students to support retention.
• Manage the EAB Navigate platform to enhance graduate student operations.
• Review data with program directors to ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with Academic Deans and Admissions to manage schedules and registrations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in college or graduate student advising.
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with campus and off-campus constituencies.
• Strong public speaking, organizational, and program management skills.
