About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for academic advising and student support services within graduate programs.
- Coordinate and deliver academic advising services for all domestic and international graduate students.
- Support the communication, coordination, and operational support of executive student weekend residencies.
- Manage the academic standing process in coordination with the Registrar’s Office, including managing appeals.
- Organize recruitment efforts to re-enroll withdrawn graduate students to support retention.
- Manage the EAB Navigate platform to enhance graduate student operations.
- Review data with program directors to ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with Academic Deans and Admissions to manage schedules and registrations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in college or graduate student advising.
- Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with campus and off-campus constituencies.
- Strong public speaking, organizational, and program management skills.
