Director of Graduate Admissions and Student Services

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the graduate admission process for the School of Health Professions, including applicant verification and interview scheduling.
• Oversee graduate student registration, progression, and the graduation process.
• Coordinate student record processes and graduation checks in collaboration with the Registrar and department chairs.
• Organize and facilitate graduate student orientations.
• Serve as the technology manager for CAS systems and other enrollment software, ensuring data integrity within Slate.
• Maintain accurate graduate student databases to permit statistical analysis and enrollment tracking.
• Maintain accuracy of the graduate catalog and website sections.

Requirements

• Graduate degree.
• Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to manage complex databases.
• Strong organizational, business, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with faculty, staff, and students.
• Ability to handle confidential data and work in a professional office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Banner, CAS, or other academic maintenance and recruiting software.
