Director of Government Affairs

Responsibilities

• Drive congressional advocacy on issues that shape the future of healthcare
• Represent Epic before federal policymakers and serve as a key voice on legislative issues affecting healthcare technology
• Develop government relations strategies that advance pro-innovation policies
• Build and sustain relationships across the House and Senate
• Partner with government affairs teams at health systems, hospital associations, and other key healthcare stakeholders to drive aligned, high-impact initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of working days
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination
