About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Revenue Operations strategy by aligning people, process, technology, and data
- Own the architecture, administration, and governance of HubSpot as the system of record
- Drive data strategy and reporting to enable executive decision-making
- Optimize marketing-to-sales workflows, including lead routing and SLAs
- Operationalize product and campaign launches through repeatable playbooks
- Manage sales enablement, training infrastructure, and onboarding processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, or Sales/Marketing Operations
- Deep HubSpot expertise in administration, architecture, and automation
- Proven experience leading RevOps functions in high-growth organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in asset management or financial services
- Familiarity with FINTRX or similar advisor data platforms
- Experience integrating CRM with marketing automation and data systems
